5 Thieves

5 Thieves essential oil blend is a five oil blend of Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lemon and Rosemary said to be the preferred herbs and spices during the ancient times of the 14th Century to ward off illness during the precarious time of the Bubonic plague. History suggests five thieves would stuff these ingredients of various forms into masks made of gourds to cover their face. Four thieves would carry off the dead and the fifth thief would pillage the corpse of any belongings. With these herbs and spices it is believed they would not contract the viruse and most did not wearing filled gourds as to not inhale the bacteria. They would also rub this blend on their body before carrying off the dead while stealing their belongings. Many nurses today purchase this oil from us and soak a cotton ball with this essential oil blend, place it in an inconspicuous spot, and before walking into a patients room take a deep whiff.
